Hey everybody! This is my first post, yay! My friend Grace and I (my name is also Grace, hence, G&G Nailicious) have been doing nails for a really long time and we want to start sharing our masterpieces with you. We do our nails constantly and out ideas are endless. We are so excited to share our ideas with you! We hope you like them. You can call me Gracie and my awesome friend other Grace, Grace! Enjoy!
I was inspired to do these adorable chickens after I went to the Museum of Science and Industry and watching a chick hatch. It was so cute! I don't know what it is about these little guys but they are one of my favorite designs. They were surprisingly easy! I did a base coat with "Mellow Yellow" by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear. Then I used my basic white, also by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, for the body of the chicken. I reused the yellow for the beak and then took my Orly, Haute Red, out for the red thingy at the top of the head. (That's embarrassing, I have no idea what it's called! Tee hee!) My dotting tool dipped in a black polish worked perfectly for the eyes. The Egg was hard. I used my skinny white and black Milani brushes for the egg and the egg outline. My skinny orange Orly brush added the finishing touch to the egg. I'll be back for more... PFYL! (Post for you later =] )
